I will be talking about why we choose a Saas solution instead of an on site version and a little about our plans ahead about using a cloud based CRM system. I am doing this because Oracle asked us, as a customer, to talk about our experience.
I wonder if there is anyone else out there with experience from Oracles Saas solution?

- The main challenger when we choose Oracle was the solution from SalesForce.
- Anyone having feedback about the standing between the two on their Saas solutions?
